Crashes. Doesnt let me filter. Shows mostly sold out items. If I needed a link to the website, Id go to the website.

I deleted this app fast. It was totally useless for shopping.

If youre trying to shop...this app is lacking in a lot of areas. It seems a little juvenile with the play area and is useless if you want to browse through specific sections. Not a good download.

Coach is my favorites mens designer brand, I was very let down to find that this app isnt oriented towards both genders.

I bought the Alana moccasin in chalk. Its the first time Ive bought a shoe from Coach that is really comfortable. I love this shoe--the comfort, the style, and it has a great sole that will have good traction in the winter, which is exactly what I was looking for.

App crashes when you try to access your photo library.

I downloaded the app for easy shopping, and was not given a shopping option. I could sign up for email and I could look for a store as well as use a C.O.A.C.H. feature that is "no longer available." Wow. So pointless. Deleted.

So I downloaded this app thinking it was for shopping...its not. Its just got a few useless crap on it. What exactly is this app for anyway? Deleting...

Like others before me, I thought this app would enable me to shop and view products without going to the website. The app is not user friendly, and it is full of pointless things. If I want to play a game, Ill download a different app. I want the option to still have access to different features of the app without sharing my location, as I prefer to not use location services on my phone. While I love the Coach brand, this app is just dumb. Coach really needs to readjust the app to make shopping easier (or possible). Save your time, and dont download this app.

This is a horrible excuse for an app. I love Coach but not this app. Its useless.

Is there a 0 for customer service Walmart has better... Placed order for wristlets never received them never got told of order being cancelled until I called and only response after email to headquarters was that the order was cancelled ... Thought a company like coach would do better... Guess I was VERY WRONG!!!

This is the worst app. Dont waste your time downloading.

Doesnt do anything and what it does do doesnt work unless location services is on (which I dont do for battery life and prefer companies to not track me) waste of time....

I downloaded in hopes of easy online previews of current bags and collections that are available in store, but you can only find a store near you and look at pictures of dogs and photo filters. There is absolutely no point to downloading this app.

After a frustrating experience on the mobile site I downloaded the app in hopes for easier shopping/browsing. There is no shopping or browsing on this app! Its basically only camera filters and stickers??! Really weird.

I expected to be able to shop from this app. Nope. I dont care about your filters or your music playlist. I just want your products. And I want to see if I can purchase them at my local Coach store before driving all the way to the mall. Cmon, Coach! You can do better!

Umm ok I downloaded this app before reading the reviews. I must say Im rather disappointed, you cant see shop or see new products on it. Whats the point? I want to shop the products. I adore Coach but not the app. I will be erasing it.

I was hesitant about this app after reading earlier reviews. I have no idea what theyre talking about. Yes you can shop on this app.

Ok I finally found the shop function as the last menu option and buried in the app. All it does is launch the mobile site. I agree that there is a lot of worthless junk in here . If your gonna create an app we want to see product, not cute pictures of puppies in bags. Move the shop function front and center! Or better yet just bookmark coach.com in your browser!

Can only view pictures/videos, but not shop. Creating apps is super cheap. Surely they can afford a better interface and online shopping cart? So strange... :/
